Data Collection and Processing
VAMP Boudoir Photography Ltd is the controller of data that passes through this website or via email. This data is kept private between ourselves, the people we work with at our studio and a few other carefully selected data processors.
Data Which We Retain
In order to provide photographic services to you, we take and store photographs from your shoot. These photographs are stored on password protected Dropbox and for as long as our hard disks are functional in order to provide copies and our portfolio. This service is provided as a legitimate interest.

We also capture website visitor names, phone numbers and email addresses when visitors make contact via our website to enquire about our services. We do not capture credit or debit card numbers. These are all handled via our card processing service.

Acuity Scheduling
Is a cloud based application that is linked to our websites that schedules your shoots, stores your personal information, sells gift certificates and redeem them. They self-certify as GDPR compliant. We review the data every 12 months to ensure it is accurate and relevant and purge what is not current.
We use Facebook to keep in touch with clients and people we work with. All of Facebook's products and services (including Facebook Messenger and Instagram) self-certify compliancy with GDPR.
Square
Square is a tool for providing credit and debit card payment. We use it, in connection with Acuity Scheduling, to provide you with a card payment option. They self-certify as compliant with GDPR. They take your card details and other information required to make a card transaction.
Dropbox
Dropbox is a service to provide online hosting of data. We store your shoot photos on Dropbox for internal use. We also use it to deliver the photographs to you. Dropbox self-certifies as compliant with Privacy Shield and compliant with GDPR.
Mailchimp
Mailchimp is a service to provide emailing to lists. We use Mailchimp in order to keep in touch with you about special offers and keep you up to date with Dollhouse Photography and VAMP Boudoir Photography news. They hold names and email addresses. They self-certify as being compliant with Privacy Shield and compliant with GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link. We do not share this data with any third parties. We retain data via legitimate interest.
Google Suite
Google Suite is a tool for providing services which are available over the internet. We use Calendar and Email in order to store information relating to your shoot. Google are GDPR compliant.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a service which provides information about how visitors use a website. We use the information that we gain to provide you with a more effective website. Google is GDPR compliant.
Use of Cookies
Like many other websites, our websites use website cookies. These store information on your computer and allow us to improve our website in a variety of ways, through the use of aggregated data. It is possible to switch off cookies by setting your browser preferences. In some cases, turning cookies off may result in a loss of functionality when using our website.
